well, then it’s about time to clear your mind!
I lost Coco (a dog) a couple weeks ago💔 , and i’m having a really hard time getting over it (which might not ever happen) R.I.P coco❤ i love you and always will 😭
BUT I wrote this post before that.
And here are 4 effective ways to free your mind~
1.Write down what you want to get off your mind, tear it up, trash it,
This actually works, when you throw out what’s bothering you (literally) you feel a bit better, and that helps you free your mind😉
You can do simple meditations, like – closing your eyes, relaxing your body, think of quite, peaceful places.. This is a super easy, and effective way to clear your mind, and let go of stuck thoughts.
3. Read a good book
Reading books is a great way to free your mind, and focus on someone else’s story.
4. Do what you love
This really does help in freeing your mind, you could practice playing an instrument, roller skate, dance – and basically do what you love doing, I promise you’ll feel better.
