Winter is here!🌨🧣 QBD #4 (& a survey📋!!)

I started writing this post on the 19th of November.

Hiii everyone!!! Welcome back to the Quarantine Blog Diaries 🌨 And here’s your hot chocolate. This is going to be a long post. *gives you hot chocolate with extra whipped cream*🍫🍦

SoOoOoOo …. tis’ winter where I live, no, it doesn’t snow, but the climate is really cold (or is it the weather?) and….. It’s almost December!! (That’s what you get when you live close to the equator🤷‍♀️😒)

And…. I made a winter activities checklist to keep me busy, and while I was at it, I figured I’d post this as a QBD. if you haven’t read the previous ones, here are the links to them:

But, before I start doing any of these, I’m going to cross out no.5. I can’t start a fire🙅‍♀️🔥. (*cries in a corner*)

Now, let’s get started with……

Building a COZY fort😛!!

*Comes back to continue writing*

TADA!!!! The fort was SO.COZY!! I also did my math homework inside it. it was pretty spacious too.

Hii – It’s now the 21st of November, and it’s been 2 days. (Technically one, but it’s night when I’m writing this. Hehe)

Oh wait a second. November 21st is my cousin’s birthday!!

HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY SANDY🎂🎁🎈🕯🕯🎉🎉!!!!!!!!!!

I did wish her on her birthday. Jsyk.😂

Make hot cocoa☕🍫

Well, I didn’t really make hot chocolate, but.. instead I had a chocolate OREO milkshake! That does count, right?😂 (no, it doesn’t)

That doesn’t have good lighting, sorry about that.😅

The next thing on the list is..

Go to the terrace if it rains☔

It didn’t rain today _{(21st nov)} so.. I’ll see if it does tomorrow!

Idk why I wrote “sit with an umbrella outside if it rains” in “winter activities” that makes no sense.😶

I’m taking that out of the list. Let’s move on to the next thing on the list which is….. *pulls out list* 📝

Make a winter-themed craft. ❄

Being the lazy OREO I am😂, I will be making a SNOWFLAKE!! Let’s go make a snowflake now.

Things you need:

• A paper.
• A scissor

And YouTube to see how to make it because I have no clue.😂

I found this video:

And…That helped me to make a snowflake! which came out like this:

“It’s one of a kind..”

I gave the snowflake to my mom!😁

and the final activity….

Make fake snow!

You’re probably thinking .. “Oh, so she’s using instant snow or something like that”

but no.

I watched this video and made fake snow! I had enough to make a SNOWMAN as well!

All I needed was a WHOLE BOX of baking soda (I didn’t have any, so I used Baking powder instead. either works.) and white shampoo or hair conditioner. 🧴

The snow was so soft and I was realllllyyyy happy coz I’ve never felt snow!

It IS fake, but.. y’know what I mean?

It can end up getting really sticky, so if it does, all you have to do is add a lil’ more of baking soda/powder

It fEeLs So NiCe😂😮🤓

and here’s MUSHMALLOW! We were originally calling him Mellow, then Marshmallow but he was very mUsHy so I named him MUSHMALLOW!⛄

He looks kinda creepy here, but he’s really nice in real life. He has a peacock feather thing on his head and a face. ObViOuSlY.

I just realized he doesn’t have arms.

I ended up mushing Mushmallow.

And ….. That’s my checklist!! I did 4 activities and it was loads of fun!! My favourite part was building a snowman⛄because I’ve never got to do that🥺
